Stand
The stand for this one is crap I can see it breaking pretty easy, thin cheap plastic where my previous one was a hard plastic and on the inside of the otterbox, makes me question if I’d get another one

Only thing would ask for is the stand on the case is a bit flimsy. Everything else is great

Good case, flemsy stand
The stand on the back is very flemsy and doesn’t extend/retract easily. We’re always nervous we’re going to break it when we are manipulating it. Not the otterbox quality we expected.

Good, not as good as previous models
Good, but not as tight as the original for my old iPad. The pencil attachment seems to make it a little bit loose on one side. The seal for the iPad itself does not seem to be as water tight / gas tight either. The previous version had a type of envelop style all around coverage, the addition of the pencil charging point added a hole in the case, and this water / dust protection is no longer as good.
I think otter box seems to be going down hill. it used to be the best rugged case, and one of the only ones that would work in classified environments. This version is less robust, customer service has nosedived, go elsewhere for a mil spec case!
I would add that customer service is simply terrible. I got an email requesting me to check in and chat or call customer service about my product review. After multiple attempts to use the chat, which has no way to chat with a person, I called the customer service line, was placed in the line, and told it would be an hour wait! This is so that customer service can better understand my complaint that the product is not as good as the earlier models? why should I be the one on hold for an hour?

The stand is very flimsy and fragile. It broke and became useless 3 weeks after purchasing. Very disappointing.
