There is no lag, lots of customization options, lots of available storage, a decent but not outstanding camera, good screen quality, and it was all for a reasonable price. I wish the battery life were a bit better, but aside from that, it's a really handy phone.

Fair trade in for my old Samsung phone. The transfer of my data and pictures from my old phone to the new was like one touch and they were transferring everything. Very happy with my purchase and new phone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New One UI defaults all apps to default sound. I don't know who in their right mind would set the One UI to default to make ALL APPS use the default notification sounds. Otherwise still have some manual configurations within to do when moving over. Then add in the work to restore the default notifications on all of the different apps.

Besides the charging cable that came inside the box didn't work and the only solution they gave me, after being very patient, was to return both the phone and the cable. I gave up because I was waiting for more than a week for the phone, so now I am using another cable to charge my phone.

Biggest issue is screen display seems less vibrant than past Galaxy S phone models I've had. May be a better option to invest in another brands device for slightly more money. The only thing making it tolerant is the credit i received from a trade in offered for my past samsung galaxy device. If not for that trade in I'd say its not a good value at it's $800 plus retail price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not functional compared to an s20 despicable Well the phone seems to be okay it's just that your functionality the layout on the home screen or any screen is terrible compared to the s20 that I own. You have the microphone and a totally asinine location compared to where it was in a very user friendly location on the s20. I don't know what genius that works for you decided to put it in that corner but that is the most asinine location unfunctional non-useful location. Hopefully you can do a software update and correct this deficiency and defect.
